March 15, 200620 yr I just saw an xt (might have been an xt6, didnt look close enough. It looked like it was junked an I was thinking I could get the directional alloys off of it. They looked like the same ones I have seen on normal ea82 cars. Are they the same lug pattern?
March 15, 200620 yr depends the xt has the standard subaru pattern the xt-6 has the legacy bolt pattren -jeff
March 15, 200620 yr Author Thanks. That's what I thought, but wasn't sure. BTW, I meant "motion" when I said "directional" wheels.
March 15, 200620 yr if the xt6 has a complete suspension in the front and rear disks... grab them and the wheels and do the five lug swap... opens up a world of wheel options usually can be done for 150 in jy parts with the exception of wheels rllywgn
March 15, 200620 yr the first sube i did a 5 lug swap on i used an xt6 that had wheels that were very similar to the enkei motions... slots are a little wider though rllywgn
March 16, 200620 yr were there 5 lug versions of the motion alloys?if there the ones on the xt in suberdaves photo yes but if their the ones i'm thinking of no
March 16, 200620 yr No, there was never a 13" version of the XT6 5-lug. The XT6 alloys had 5 spokes. (Edit: The bolt spacing on the XT6 alloy was 5 x 100mm. Subarus with that lug pattern include the Legacy, Outback, Impreza except '05 and later WRX STi, Forester and Baja. The SVX was 5 x 113.4mm and won't fit anything but the '05 & later STI and vice versa.) There was this: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/80s/wheels2/motion-alloy.jpg the 13" 4 x 140mm "Motion" alloy, but that had 6 spokes and larger centercaps. They do look similar though. (Personally I prefer the 13" Motions)
