Will the powersteering pump,Alt,a/c compressor from a 97 2.5 fit on a 98 2.2 engine?

should all swap over.

 

you will have to take the power steering and the lines from the pump down to the rack from the 2.5 to put onto the 2.2. aside from that you can use either the 2.2 or 2.5 stuff.

You can pull the lines and pressure fitting from a 95 PS and put the right onto the 98. The 98 lines will work, but they are hanging way out from the engine manifold mounts. Nothing to bolt the two clamps to.

I have all the parts from the 97 2.5 car. The 98 2.2 engine will not come with a/c compressor,alternator,steering pump. Unless I spend an extra $200 to keep these with the 2.2 engine.It will have the exhaust manifold Y-pipe with it. Both are Manual Trans.
