Started out fuse blew on power door locks, put in a new fuse, now the park lights flash as if emergency flashers are on and the doors lock and can only be unlocked by the key, the buttons do not work on the inside. please help.

I know on mine that the parking lights flash like that when the battery is unhooked. To stop it, you need to lock/unlock the car with the keyless entry. Check for a sticker under the hood. If your car has keyless entry it will tell you how to stop the flashing parking lights.
