May 26, 200619 yr Yup, decided I've had enough of this place and I want to get my BA in automotive from WWU! So in about a year (Aug '07) I should be moving back to the PNW once again:banana: For those of you currently enrolled at WWU in the automotive area, how do you like it?
May 27, 200619 yr Can't tell you much about the school but I can tell you that its expensive to live here!
May 27, 200619 yr I'm not in the program myself, but I was in Industrial Design for a couple years and worked a little bit with Eric Leonhart (*spelling). There is SO much going on at once there. It seems like if you want to get something done, you have to be motivated figure it out yourself. Eric is being pulled in so many directions and it's hard to get him to focus on anything. A bit scatterbrained too! Other than that, I don't know much about it. Sorry!
May 28, 200619 yr Author yeah I'm glad to be movin back to the PNW. Granted, I can stand the cold here finally but its a little far from family and whatnot. I'd rather be like 8 hours away instead of 16 hours away. Also, WWU is one of 3 universities that offer a 4 year BA in automotive. The other two are... Weber State in Ogden, UT, and Norther Montana which is just a couple miles south of the canadian, US border so no freakin way. I thought it was cold here BRRRR!
May 29, 200619 yr I hear Weber is really nice... (GO wildcats) I have a friend that went there..he loved it.
May 29, 200619 yr WWU is awesome man... I am actually gonna move up there to Bellingham at the end of the summer/early fall for the same reason. I just got my 2 AS degrees in Automotive Technician, and Advanced Engine Performance Technician. I toured the campus right before WCSS7 last year. Its a pretty welcoming campus. Interesting surrounding area as well. -Mike

I will be up there for the show hopefully but if not, I'm coming back with my sister, her b/f, and a couple friends since they are all planning on moving to the Seattle area so I'll be taking a tour of the campus while I'm there. This will be during spring break next year:D
