My new car

Featured Replies

Hay new in this section (usualy in old gen or off road)

i just bought a 92 liberty LX 2.2 FWD manual 5sp

i am wanting to put a late model ej20 quad cam with the vvt into it. i am just woundering what the easist way to put it in there wiring wis. wold it be better to use the stock computer out of the doner car or just get an aftermarket.

i am plannin on usin a frount mount ic and slightly larger turbo.

im going to convert it to awd and thats easy enough

but i need help with the wiring for the engine also any sugestions you have would be great.

photos to come soon:grin:

I just got done swapping in a turbo engine into my legacy. I decided to keep the existing harness, add additional turbo specific sensors, and reposition the cam & crank sensor leads.

What all needs to be done may be different on your car, however it should be similar. I'd recommend searching www.bbs.legacycentral.org for more info.
