beatloyale1 Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 alright i want to know if vw beatle rims would bolt up to a subaru becase they are close also there was an older beatle that was rear engine that had a 4 lug with 15" rims look close also at my local tuff truck races i saw some guys with 6 lug rims that 2 of the holes bolted right up and then the other 2 they just drilled and chamferd them for the other 2 lugs would you know what type of truck they came off of i was thinking mabey a older jeep 3/4 j10 j4000 or something but i didnt get to look yet Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mikeshoup Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 The only other car maker that has rims with the same bolt pattern is Peugeot. 80s Subaru uses 4x140 bolt pattern. As for truck wheels, people do what's called a 6 lug swap. They come from a Chevy and maybe others if I remember right. If you search for the 6 lug swap, you'll figure it out.
