I have an '05 2.5i Outback wagon. I would like to put 17" wheels on it to replace the 16" that came stock. Has anyone else done this?

 

I have been told that this would throw off the sensors and would not be a good idea.

 

Some input please!

as long as the trie circumfrence is the same, the sensors wont give you a false road speed.
