Water steering issues

The other day after going through water about 3/4 of the way up my tires I noticed that my steering was not quite right (felt stiff). It didnt last too long maybe five or ten minutes. Now it seems to be fine. I was just wondering if this is a normal thing or if maybe there is a problem.

could have gotten some h20 in the steering yoke... mine siezed up... twice.. :rolleyes: and it was sort of like that....
