Thanks to the fellow @ Lynnwood Pulapart yesterday for aleting me to this form. I am in the Seattle area and drive a 80 GLF Coupe. I've been tod by glass shops that the 2dr is the only bodystyle that has a unique windsheld. Would someone have a used unit for sale? I've thought about going up to EA81/5sp fom EA71/5sp current. Any input from past experiences? Thanks; Dave B.

The swap is doable, just need the motor and tranny. I'm not sure what is on the front for suspension, but it should be easy to upgrade to the EA81 if its not already.

I have a couple WS, let me know if you want one, $50.
