Featured Replies

i just bought a brand spanking new 2006 legacy gt wagon to complament my 97 outback and the brake calipers appear to have some yellowish green residue that is splatter on all of them. it kinda looks like paint almost but not sure. any idea what that is? thanks. the car only has 100 miles on it so just wondering. the brake performance is fine and no warning lights are on thx-bush

it is most likely the surface protection they use on the metal parts to prevent corosion after the car is made. It will fade with time.
