So I am having my heads worked over, and for all the milling to get them flat again, ported, polished (just as well i figure) and to have the valve seats cleaned up, what should i expect to pay?

I had mine:

pressure checked for $25 each,

resurfaced for $25 each,

valve job for $75 total,

dis- and re-assembly included.

 

I don't know what your plans for the engine are, but port and polish is not worth the expense.
