Power Seat Problem 2001 Outback

Featured Replies

Can someone please tell me where the fuses are the the power seats in a 2001 Outback. The seat no longer moves forward and backward although all the other adjustments work fine.

Thanks!

If you're saying the rise and tilt still work then I'd say something other than a fuse is at fault. Could be a bad switch or wiring. Check the fuse block on the wheel well insde the engine compartment.

if they move one way and not the other, its not the fuse block. Its the switches most likely. Some power seats have motors for indivdual directions, others use one motor and a transmission.
