steering wheel adapters

Featured Replies

According to the specs I've read there are no momo adapters for between the 84 GL and the Impreza  . Now, I have seen quite a few 85 and later GLs and such sporting nice steering wheels...so what's the sercret?

Does the Impreza adapter fit the 85 and later GL or is there some great subaru secret I am missing? Is it off to the junkyard for me?

The EA81 and EA82 momo adaptors have been out of production for some time now. Ebay is about the only source, and they can be pricey. The other option is Grant - they still make the EA81 version and I'm not 100% sure, but they might have an EA82 one as well.

I noticed that the adapters were discontinued, I was wondering if the Impreza one fit the EA82. I heard rumors to that effect but I can't remember where. I like Grant steering wheels but I thought that grant adapters were not available for EA82s.

Off to the junkyard it is...

Someone not long ago used some wheel of a Mazda I think - he was asking around on the board about hooking up the cruise control buttons on it.... you might search for a post along those lines.
