I've been seeing a new legacy around town and I always assumed the owner had thrown a set of outback springs in it because it sat higher than normal.

Lately, I've been seeing more and more of them at this ride but without outback badging or paint schemes.

Anyone know if this is a new option or something?

Looks like an Outback Sedan. The Legacy's are definitely lower and the body work is a bit different. Fog lights are a give away.

 

Is it badged as a Legacy?

Looks like an Outback Sedan to me; the cladding/foglights give it away, at least in my book.

judging by the grille and headlight eyelids, the owner debadged it to confuse you...
