I am planning on flushing the coolant in my 00 OBW. I have heard about the Subaru Coolant Conditioner people recommend for the phase II 2. 5L. Does anybody know where I can get this and how much it is? Also any other suggestions when flushing the coolant? This is the first time I myself have flushed the coolant. I had the last coolant flush when I had the timing belt and water pump changed.

only place I know you can get it is the dealer. I don't know the price because they just gave it to me. There are a few dealers who are on line here. Try Jamie Thomas.

I have an '00obw too and yep the coolant conditioner is recommended to prevent the external leaks. It's only like $2 maybe for a bottle but some dealers mark it up like crazy. It's actually holts radweld from the UK, but I've never seen holts products in the U.S.
