At least we have Andrews FF1 here now to drool over....I think shipping from Japan would be alittle steep

have you done a head count how many still survive through out the states, i know of 9 physically in australia and heard of a 10th one somewhere.

Boy, I wonder if my closest Jap importer could bring me one? I'd be able to license it and drive it all legal-like and everything.

Known in the USA,to myself:

2 wagons both in Connecticut

1 2door in Oregon

1 4door also in Oregon

 

We expect there's at least a couple others out there.

 

Andrew's wagon is much more rough than I'd thought it would be but it's a start.The body is mostly there.Going to be impossible for a straight resto but he'll keep the body style going,which is all you can do in our case with these cars.

 

Charlie's wagon is in a garage,and we couldn't get close to it to get a look that night I was there.

 

The guy in OR has kind of disappeared.He has a neighbor who is a lady doctor who has that 4door.She told him she just wanted it gone,so somebody got a freebie.We suspect that the doctor's car was rather well maintained,so that should be a real candidate for a true resto.

a few months back there was a thread which showed a 1300g in a salvage yard which was going to be closed down what is the story of that one did anyone save it

1 4door in Chicago, IL

2 2doors and 1 4door in Pennsylvania. Rotted, unfortunately.

 

So a total of at least 2 wagons, 4 2doors and 3 4doors. Not many, but considering less than 10,000 were sold here 35 years ago...

 

I'll get pics of mine up soon. But it's really not much to look at at the moment.
