As the title says, I need this page, I already have it as a .pdf file on my comp, but I can't read it :( (it has been scanned incorrectly)

 

It has to be a XT FSM, years don't matter much I guess, it's for the blower motor.

 

When I have it, and everything works out, I will do a writeup on how to permanently fix the stupid heater motor resistor thingy, the proper way.
