lately i've been experiencing flickering battery light and E-brake lights. i just bought a new battery so it can't be dead already. my alternator isn't messed up i dont' think, but is making a noise. also all of my lights inside and outside my car are flickering, (it's a 1995 subaru impreza L).

 

any suggestions?

It probably is your alternator. Take it out, take it to Advance, and have them test it.
