I have a 99 Forester with abs that is not working. Local garage checked for codes and found nothing wrong. ABS light does not come on when the ignition is turned on, I believe this indicates a problem. Any solutions would be aprecieated.

Have you checked to see if the bulb is working. The bulb circuit is from the ABS controller.

 

Have they checked to make sure its getting power. It can be as simple as one of the power relays are burned out.
