Let the rump roast ride an off dirt bike or ATV and see how hard work it is.

In NY state ATV's are banned from most the state. They have been banned only because of injuries and not the noise level.

The law sounds constitutionally vague as written, and unless fixed decibles and distances are stated, will most likely get tossed out.
