i need to replace the tail lights on my 86'brat, and I mean the whole tailight component. what other years and models could i pull them off of in a junkyard?

Gen 2 Brats only - 82 to 87, tail lights are model specific I believe.

correct, but the 82's sometimes have something different with the wiring....

so if you're replacing the whole unit, go with 83-97 just to be sure....
