Those are the same alloys I have.Good deal for $50! They are definately not steel.You can use regular lug nuts if you want but you may have to grind them a bit.I haven't done this myself since I was fortunate enough to get lug nuts when I bought my rims.

i realy hope they are 15s and not 390's i made that mistake once and it cost me alot of scratch........ those are my favorite pugs....
