May 1, 200718 yr Author i got the rims but i cant find tires???? no where carries that 15 1/2 inch rim tire/ im not trying to put on huge ones. im trying to fid a more low profile!@
May 1, 200718 yr You probably have the 390mm rims. Tires for those rims are going to be impossible to find.
May 1, 200718 yr Uh... there's loads of tires in the 15 inch rim size. There is no 15.5 inch size tires or rims. There are 16.5's, but that's a truck tire.
May 1, 200718 yr Author So Any 15 inch tire will fit that rim is that what U are saying??.. Well if so problem solved. Does anyone that you know have those rims the 390 mm with nice tires on them?
May 1, 200718 yr If you have 390mm rims I know that michelin makes a couple tires that will fit that.I think I remember hearing that before. They may be a rally tire of some sort.
May 2, 200718 yr Author Thanks! I need to find some good tires. I was hoping for a performance tire. But a stock tire will work..
May 2, 200718 yr Author Your right. Michelin, makes the tires. Older bmw 5 6 7 series ran 15.3 inch 390 mm also! Cool maybe I can find one of those tires somewhere
May 2, 200718 yr Uh... there's loads of tires in the 15 inch rim size. There is no 15.5 inch size tires or rims. There are 16.5's, but that's a truck tire. The Pug 390 rim is a METRIC 15" rim and is about 15.3 to 15.5 size and a regular 15" tire will not fit. Michelin was the only manufacturer that made the 390 series tires but others might have made some. As far as I know Michelin is the only manufacturer that still might have metric size tires. Be sure you're sitting when you get a price quote.
May 2, 200718 yr Last time I checked they were $250 plus. I did find a place in England that had them used and was willing to ship four for $250 do a search for kingpin tires.
May 2, 200718 yr You could search craigslist for Peugeot parts and hope to find a good used set of tires.
May 2, 200718 yr Author Yeah. I saw the michelins were 350 each!! Aw damn I should sell these pugs! But they look so good on my hatch.. Yeal bwm 5 6 7 series from the 80s ran 390mm, and ferrari ran 390s ae well
