Rear camber adjustable '00 obw?

Hi, is rear camber adjustable on '00obw? I don't know what this suspension type is called. The right rear appears to be right around 0'. The left rear appears to be about -40'.

The latteral links(I think thats the ones that go to the middle of the car) should have cam bolt style attachment to the rear subframe. All the new gen's I've seen from my 90 legacy to our 06 legacy have had them that style.
