can anyone tell where i might find the rubber trim for the outside of my 88 gl sedan. now i have pulled one from a junkyard, but everytime i attempt to do so seems it rips the underside that slides between the steel and glass. thank you for your help.

If you just want a quick fix try a silicon sealer if you look at the thread of noobie questions and see the ones of my windshield you will see it there.

ahh yes dealer. i am gonna use that as last resort. they charge out the a**.

I just use some clear silicone..and do the inside and outside smooth it in nice with your finger..mine has been holding for 3 years
