oil catch can

does anyone use a oil catch can on there subaru?i am thinking of putting one on ,the car has 170k on it .

I have one, it catches a little bit. It's homemade from some parts from mcmaster.com and a filter from Sears.

Catch cans are usually found on Turbo charged engines. Something to 'store' the oil residue when the intake is running pressure instead of vacuum. Then the fumes are returned when vacuum returns. People who run these, usually don't have to empty them unless they are running very hard.

I'm about 80% sure he's thinking for his wrx. It had upper 160K on it when he bought it a month or so ago.
