smokes?

Featured Replies

im interested in this brat on CL and the only thing that sounds mildly noy right is...the guy says if it sits for a couple days, it tends to smoke a little on start up.....farely normal right? could it be bad?

I would say it all depends on how much there is and what color and smell there is to it.

All of my Subaru's that I've had before and now tend to smoke a little in the morning because of condensation... some people freak out about that stuff, so you never know until you see it.

It may just be a valve stem seal leak. Nothing major there. Just keep an eye on the oil level from time to time.
