I bought a new light assembly for my Loyale and for some resin moister get's in and it fog's up! And after the morning sun get's on it! It turns to water!! And i already put a clear silocone around where the glass meets the metel housing so WTF!!!!?????

Try pulling it out..taking a blow dryer to the inside of it..making sure its 100% dry and reinstalling it..make sure the bulb is sealed and seated good..might have had some trapped moisture when you first put it in.

I've resorted to drilling drain holes in the bottom of my headlights. And vent holes about twice the size in the top. Seems to help keep the condensation away, or at least lets it evaporate once the lights warm it up.

You know i tryed that and it still comes back!! Only if it rains really hard or if i diside to wash my car with a sray nozle! So IDK???
