Does anyone know if the part number for the ecu on a loyale ea82 has to be exactly the same as the stock one? The reason I ask I'm looking to pick up an extra one from someone on this forum but the last 2 numbers of the ecu are off from mine 22611 394 and 22611 392. Any idea.

they don't have to be exactly the same but there are plenty of EA82 variations that means they are not all interchangeable either.

 

punch in those parts numbers on an online Subaru parts site and let us know what you get.
