That's what I've been thinking the whole time reading these 3 pages Its the same issue between 2 different transmissions (and flywheel + clutches right?) So that clues you into something with the pedal assembly, linkages, and what ever else you touched in there for the conversion Good luck!
May 12, 200421 yr My wagon does a similar thing, I always thought it was the hill holder not adjusted right or something. I'm gonna go tinker with it tomorrow see if I can get the damn clutch to work right.
May 12, 200421 yr Author No hill holder here...I didnt add that bit of neatness. i just use the hand brake for hills ansuch.
