are all crank sensors + coolant temp sensors the same from ej22 ej18 ej25 , or from 1994 and up ? legacy

I looked into this a while back, thinking to pick up a set as shelf, well cargo area, spares. I forget the results....I think '94 has some different part #'s and the crank sensor was like $300. I did the part # search/comparison at http://www.subarupartsforyou.com
