I have been trying to find a service manual for an 03 Baja either paper or CD but haven't had any luck. Anyone out there found any source? Thanks!

The Baja is a mildly modified Legacy. Any manual that covers a Legacy will do just as wel for a Baja.

Try Subaru's online site, where you can download Service Manuals (for a fee):

They list Manuals both for the 2003 Baja and the 2003 Legacy.
