bkvail
years ago I had a website in my favorites that had the EA81 soobs that were turned into off-road vehicles that looked like hummers and other army type rigs made from tubing and sheet metal. Anybody know of the link I'm referring to? I can't even remember what they were called......

bkvail
http://www.ebroadcast.com.au/ecars/2000/PiCs37/Rhn-Humbug2.jpg the Hummbug - that's what I'm remembering - this one is like what was on the site - they had several body styles available as kits/instructionals - made from tubing, etc. What a fun project that would be IMO....... bkvail
well, if the rhino buggy site is what I remember, then they are a lot more sophisticated than before. What I remembered was more of a 'do it yourself' plans for tubing and sheet metal than a kit I thought the plans were only a couple hundred bucks from what I remembered......
