86subaru
wanting to clean the idle air control , there are 2 small screws holding it in place, i noticed white paint on one of the screws , so i am guessing that there is differnt settings , or should i just pour seaform into the hose going to it, ?on my 97 legacy L 2,2 motor ,a/t , ran into this problem with the tps ,
EVOthis
what i did to clean my IAC on my 96 2.2 was just undo the hose, start the car (you will have to keep your finger on the throttle a little bit to keep the car from stalling) and spray a little at a time into the hose for the IAC.....(i believe grossgary gave me some pretty detailed instructions on how to do it.....check this out..... http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=85247
