I wanted to know the type of rear differential thats in the 01 outback LTD auto,

oil-clutch drivin or viscous....thanks.

I kind of figured....you know, I called 2 subaru dealers, and both said the opposite, this is why I asked here, this seems to be elusive information for some reason.Most info on the car only indicate lsd, not the type.
