January 7, 200422 yr I see walmart has a synthetic blend motor oil and I know its cheap crap , but I was wondering where and who makes it , and if anybody has used it ?
January 7, 200422 yr It's probly made on same assembly line as the name brands. ( Just lik the after market exhausts Greddy, Grex, Gracher, and Thrust, are all made in same assembly line but sold in different boxes for a wide difference in cost.)They(oils) all have to pass the same testing to be sold, just Super-Tech is sold cheeper. I use that oil all i do is make sure i change oil on time. I change 1500-1800 mi of use, im weird like that. The brakedown will probobly be different time. But i think that there is no harm in using said oil. Thats my 2 cents. Sean
January 8, 200422 yr Looks like this oil is made by Pennzoil/Quaker State, which are now one company. I saw several companies mentioned in other forums, but this was from the EPA web site where they test fuel and additives. The brand name Super Tech was associated with P/Q there.
