The HAZARDS work with the green wire disconnected

 

BUT the TURN SIGNALS do NOT work with the green wire disconnected

 

connected the "ground" lead to the green wire, and "hot" lead to the load side of fues, and measured 14v with engine running on the led light battery and charging system tester as seen in the following link: http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/testmeters/photo/53460.jpg :-\
