Lift help

Featured Replies

So what part of this kit do I use to drop the torsion bar? I have already used all the parts and I have nothing left? maybe I put some thing in the wrong place. The rear diff is lowered and the new shocks are on but with out dropping the bar a bit I have no rear lift.

In that pic, the 4 blocks on either side of the diff drop are for the torsion tube. Im betting you put them on the mustache bar mounts. Scotts kit you dont need to lower the mustache bar, that plate with the oval is all you need to lower the diff.

yep what they said the moustache bar stays as factory. its the torsion bar the gets dropped down......also, what did you do for the rear shocks, as the rear shocks are not in this kit or the mount drops.

I ended up those on the rear diff. I guess I am just supposed to use the diff plate and drop the back and leave the rear drive shaft at a factory angle.

Part number I used for the shocks were per sjr's webesite

Rancho pt # RS5241

got them from summit.
