Subaru's in South Texas

Featured Replies

I've got a dumb question on Subaru's in Texas. I live in San Antonio and just drove to and from Oklahoma City over the weekend. I just bought a 2009 Forester and just for kicks I thought I'd count the Subaru's seen on my trip. To my amazement I didn't see a single one! Does anyone but me own a Subi in south Texas? I understand the Corpus Christi dealer went out of business because the San Antonio North Park dealer bought all the cars. Am I alone out there? I am Scootertsm@Yahoo.com

Steve is a board member down around that area. I can never remember his username - XNRG or something? He's on another forum I'm a part of as well. He's got an Impreza RS with an EJ20G or whatever turbo swapped JDM motor in it.

There's probably a few. The texas regional forum on NASIOC would be a good place to search. Most of them are probably going to be impreza owners. However there's starting to be more Legacies and Foresters.

The Subaru is a strange animal that apparently prefers its underbelly to be brownish in color. Hence, it is found in greater abundance in areas where it has a tendency to rust.
