Hello. I have a 01 legacy that has the power steering problem of shuttering while turning at low speeds. I honestly don't feel like fixing the problem but is it dangerous to continue driving like this?

You are feeling the entire car shudder on full lock turns?

 

Manual or auto?

how many miles?

 

Do your tires all match, are properly infalted (don't assume they are) and are equally worn?

yup entire car shutter on full lock turns.

Front tyres were over inflated and as a result worn a bit more in the center compared to the rear. fixed now. still shuttering. I'll have my summer tyres on in a few weeks and those are all equally worn.

you have torque bind. First thing to try is a auto tranny fluid flush.
