Hi all,

 

I've been looking around for a gear & rear diff. oil change in my 1998 OBS 5MT.

 

I've come across with this deal. Anyone has any success with this brand of oil?

 

Also, I read that my car needs 3.7 qt for the trans and .8 for the diff. The deal only has 3 liters for the 5MT, will that be enough?

It all depends how long you let the trans drain....for mostly every 5MT Subaru ive replaced the trans gear oil in...ive added 3.3 qts....and it brings it up to the full line on the dipstick almost perfectly...and yes i do let it drain for some time...lol...
