senator007
I am looking at an 85 turbo with 100,000 +, the dash lights are not very bright, can hardly see them in the day. The shop I brought it to said that the dash lights fade over time and that they were on the brightest setting. They failed to tell me that the switch on the pod was missing. Is this a true statement, do the dash lights realy fade over time?
Gloyale
there should be a dimmer switch, it may be turned down. Or the Alternator voltage may be low, or not getting to the dash fully. But honestly those orange Digital Dashes are really hard to see in the sun. The shop is full of crap, they don't dim over time.
Turbone
I am looking at an 85 turbo with 100,000 +, the dash lights are not very bright, can hardly see them in the day. Is this a true statement, do the dash lights realy fade over time? Try using a small screwdriver to slide the switch on the pod. I've had to do this before on one that was broken. And the orange digidashes are hard to see in bright daylight.
