axel Posted April 29, 2009 Share Posted April 29, 2009 My 2000 Legacy wagon's got a small dent in a front fender above the wheel. One can't get at it because there's a shroud above the wheel preventing access to the fender's underside where the dent is. Is that shroud easily removable?
