just a quick one...are 2wd 5 speed and 4wd 4 speed tranny mounts the same? Reason i ask is that rock auto does not distinguish between 2wd and 4wd. I am almost 100 sure im looking at the right mounts but i dont want to buy them and then still be without the correct mounts.

Hi, I am pretty sure they are he same. I pulled a 4wd out of a brat and replaced it with a 2wd when I built it into a trike. If I am wrong some will correct me.

I have used the mounts from rock-auto and they were correct for an EA81 4 speed. I'm fairly certain there is no difference. The automatic's were entirely different as are the EA82 mounts but all the 4/5 speed EA81 mounts should be the same.
