September 14, 200916 yr I want to replace my current fog lamps/lights with much brighter ones. Should I replace the whole assembly or just upgrade to higher intensity bulbs. For either do you have any suggestions on make and model of the parts? Thanks!
September 14, 200916 yr the sylvania silverstars seem to do fine, i just installed them last week in mine, they're a step up from the stock.

I am thinking that silverstars are head light bulbs only, not fog lamps. Someone wrote here about replacing fog lamps with low beam seal beam bulbs. I am sure doing a "search" here will tell you all about the conversion.

September 15, 200916 yr Author Yea I upgraded to the most expensive "autozone" Sylvania "Silverstar" bulb's last time I replaced them but i want them BRIGHT...was thinking PIAA or another company if someone had suggestions.
September 15, 200916 yr I think you have to be careful upgrading too much or you can exceed the rating of the wiring that supports that circuit. folks upgrade the wiring often when going bonkers with bright lights.
