Will i be able to use 15" alloys of a 97 Imp Outback Sport on a 96 Imp Outback sport that came with 14"? I know on Legacys there is an issue with tire/strut clearance.Thanks.

Issue is not the rim size. I see kids with 17s on some of their Imprezas. issue is tire size.

I've gone to 16" rims/tires with my '97 Impreza wagon. Only issue I had was when I went to a 7" rim (RS 6 spoke alloys); then the tires rubbed on the rear strut; solved that with a 5mm spacer. You're safe going with WRX rims (6-1/2" width) in a 16" size. Definitely okay with 15" rims.
