You may even be able to clainm the rack. By the way, was it a legal moose - spike, fork 50"+, or three brow tines? I assume the accident happened somewhere in the Eagle River area so it wouldn't be legal to harvest it as in a hunt. In fact, you may want to report it to prevent some claim of wanton waste.
