well talking about tires, i went to get my tires balanced today, also i asked them to check if any alignment needed, so they got the car on the aligment ramp and sensor on the wheels, and guess what.... NO ALIGNMENT needed. yay!! well i swaped the struts i marked the 3 bolts up top with a sharpie so when i put it back together i put exactly where it was and i guess it worked.

There are a lot of big 2.2 fans here. That would be my choice any time it was available.
Why do you think Subaru introduced a 2.5?

Well probably for more power in a naturally aspirated engine would be my guess.

My take would be marketing ... trumps sound engineering every time.
