  1. You are probably right about the alternator. Check SBF-1 80 AMP (slow blow fuse). The radio and air have their own fuses but they are fed from the SBF-1 along with a lot of other stuff. That is the fuse that blew on a WRX when the Alt was putting out over 20 volts. The car was dead when that happened. It connects the Alt to the battery.
  2. The old wire coat hanger from the dry cleaners here in Oz have been bent to suitable shapes for all sorts of things - door lock opening, Oz shape inspired aerials .... Has anyone mentioned inspection camera for a look see?
  3. why not refinish the ones u have? ive done mine. takes alot of time with wet sanding but they come out very nice in the end. the drivers one was as bad as the passenger one before. and yes the passenger one was leaking i replaced it with another one but had to refinish it too.
