  1. Sorry for the delay. I looked and I found the gasket, but could not find the mirror for the life of me. I'll keep looking and keep you updated. -Aaron
  2. Just saw this, but I have a Gen1 Brat passenger mirror some where in my collection of crap. Also have the gasket somewhere as well. I'll see if I can find it tomorrow.
  3. Not sure actually what this relay is specifically called hence why I have these lovely pictures. I know it's a relay to some buzzer. I traced it back to this being the issue of my short in the car. Looking to see if anyone by chance has a functioning one laying around. This isn't a crucial part to keep the car running, so I'm in no desperate need, but if you have 1 laying around I would love to take it off your hands! -Aaron
  4. Oh, I didn't mean to sound worried. I was just seeing where we were in the process. Thanks for the heads up though!
  5. ^^^ This is beautiful, nicely done. How'd you do the suspension for this bad boy? The front shouldn't have been to bad, but the back must have been interesting.
  6. I second this. I was also gonna say Zefy is someone you should talk to because he swapped a EJ series motor into a Gen 1 Brat. Also think he did the suspension and other such things like you did. I would love to see some detailed pictures of what you did because I wouldn't mind doing this to my Brat. I'm more or less interested in what you did for the mounting the front/rear legacy suspension. If you decide to make some custom brackets/kit I would be interested in purchasing these from you. I understand there would be some cutting/welding on my part, but I am truly interested in seeing how you got this all to fit properly. -Aaron
  7. So did this work for you and how much did it run you? I know this is an older post, but this is exactly what I need right now before WCSS haha.
  8. I was looking to eliminate some of these vacuum lines and such to reduce the clutter on the intake manifold. My 79 Brat pretty was pretty much just the carb and I would love to get it down to just that. The picture is of a EA81 84 Subaru GL wagon 4x4 d/r intake manifold and I wanna know what I can get rid of and not effect gas mileage or drive-ability. Or could I possibly swap my EA71 79 Brat carb onto this manifold. Oh I don't have to worry about emissions on my car in Oregon due to it's age. -Aaron
  9. Sounds good, let me know when works best for you All give you a call in a bit, thanks. And to everyone else thanks for your helpful responses!
